Rotating Days 6:00am - 6:00pm

Die Room Attendants are responsible for preparing & receiving dies from the production schedule, and maintenance of the die room and sifter area. This position is also responsible for operation of all die room and ingredient metering systems, and will monitor ingredient levels for replacement needs. Accurate documentation must be maintained regarding ingredient usage. Physical ability to work in an environment that requires lifting, bending, twisting and exposure to heat and humidity necessary. Must be self motivated, team oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
